In Loving Memory of Emmy 🌈🐾
Fifteen-year-old Emmy was a sweet senior girl who had been battling kidney disease and losing weight.
In November, her loving owner reached out looking for ways to help Emmy feel better and give her more comfort during her senior years. She began adding KidShell Naturals to Emmy’s routine.
By January, something remarkable happened — Emmy’s bloodwork showed improvement.
Her veterinarian shared that her kidney numbers were the best they had been in a year.
More importantly, Emmy was feeling good.
She was brighter, happier, and enjoying her days again.
Her owner hoped for another year or two, but was deeply grateful to see Emmy comfortable and enjoying life.
Sadly, on February 5, Emmy crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Her passing was due to a tumor that caused a rapid decline.
While we couldn’t change the outcome, we are honored that KidShell Naturals was part of Emmy’s journey — helping her feel well, comfortable, and happy during her final months.

The Story of Zinc
The Heart Behind KidShell Naturals
14 year old Zinc was more than a pet — he was the inspiration behind KidShell Naturals.
Our journey began when Zinc was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD). As he got older, we started to notice changes — weight loss, lower energy, and the challenges that come with senior kidney health.
Like many pet parents, we wanted to do everything possible to help him feel better and support his body naturally.
We began researching nutrition, mineral balance, and gentle ways to support kidney health. That’s when we discovered the benefits of eggshell calcium — a clean, natural source of calcium that helps balance phosphorus levels, which is especially important for pets with kidney disease.
We started making small batches at home, carefully preparing and grinding the eggshells to add to Zinc’s meals.
Over time, we saw a difference.
Zinc became:
• More comfortable
• More interested in food
• More like himself again
Seeing him feel better gave us hope — and a mission.
That’s when Lukas decided he wanted to help other pets the way Zinc was being helped.
KidShell Naturals was born from one simple goal:
To give senior and kidney pets more comfort, more good days, and a better quality of life.
Today, every jar is made with that same purpose — inspired by Zinc and the love we have for him.
Zinc’s journey is still the heart of our story. He reminds us every day why this mission matters.

Zinc was more than our inspiration — he was family.
On December 5, 2025, Zinc crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
While our hearts miss him every day, his legacy lives on through KidShell Naturals and the pets we are able to help because of him.
He will always be the reason this mission began.
We will remember him in our hearts forever.
