KidShell Naturals Return & Refund Policy
At KidShell Naturals, every product is carefully prepared in small batches by a young entrepreneur who truly cares about pets and their families.
Due to the nature of our pet wellness products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.
Returns & Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will gladly work with you to replace the item or provide store credit when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food toppers
- Used wellness products
- Customized or promotional items
- Gift cards
Shipping Issues
KidShell Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
