I started KidShell Naturals when I was 10 years old because I really love animals and wanted to learn more about ways to help take care of them.

I started KidShell Naturals when I was 10 years old because I really love animals and wanted to learn more about ways to help take care of them.

How It All Started

KidShell Naturals didn’t start as a business — it started with love for our pets.

Our senior cat, Zinc, was living with kidney disease, and my family was always looking for simple ways to support his nutrition and everyday wellness. At the same time, we had a growing kitten who had different nutritional needs.

That made me curious.

I started learning about eggshell, eggshell membrane, and how simple whole-food ingredients could be used as part of a pet’s everyday nutrition.

The more I learned, the more interested I became.

From Our Kitchen to KidShell Naturals

At first, I was just making it for our own cats at home.

Then I started learning about different ingredients and creating different blends. I wanted something that would be easy to sprinkle over their food and simple enough to become part of their everyday routine.

I kept learning, testing ideas, and creating new blends.

That’s how KidShell Naturals™ was born.

What started as one idea in our kitchen eventually became a whole line of natural pet wellness products.

One of my favorite parts is seeing other cats and dogs enjoying something I created.

Why I Created Different Blends

I learned pretty quickly that every pet is different, so I wanted to create different options for different needs.

Original Wellness Support
This is where KidShell Naturals began — organic pasture-raised eggshell with membrane for simple everyday nutritional support.

Picky Eater Blend
I created this blend with our eggshell and membrane base plus grass-fed beef liver for pets who need a little more excitement at mealtime.

Mineral & Skin Support
This blend combines our eggshell and membrane base with organic kelp for additional mineral, skin, and coat support.

Taurine Blend
This blend combines our eggshell and membrane base with chicken heart, a natural source of taurine.

As I kept learning, the KidShell Naturals line continued to grow beyond our original wellness toppers to include Dental Wellness Paste, Tortoise Wellness Support, starter samples, and other products inspired by the animals I love.

Made With Care

I want KidShell Naturals to stay simple.

I like knowing what goes into the products we give our own pets, so that idea is really important to me when I create KidShell products too.

We make our products in small batches and put a lot of care into every jar.

Then KidShell Naturals Started Growing

Over the past year, something really exciting happened.

What started as something I made for our own pets became something I could share with other pet families.

I started setting up at farmers markets, festivals, expos, and Kidpreneur events around Long Island. I got to meet pet parents, explain my products, answer questions, and share why I started KidShell Naturals.

Every event helped me learn more — not only about animals and nutrition, but also about running a business.

From Markets to Stores Across Long Island

Then something happened that I’m really proud of:

KidShell Naturals made it into stores.

Seeing products that started in our kitchen sitting on real store shelves has been one of the coolest parts of this whole journey.

Today, KidShell Naturals can be found through retail partners across Long Island, including Brightwaters Market, The K9 Shop, K9 Klean, and Williston Park Animal Hospital.

It still feels amazing when I walk into a store and see something I created on the shelf.

My Product Line Grew With Me

As I kept learning and growing, KidShell Naturals grew too.

I started with one idea, but today I have wellness toppers with different whole-food ingredients, dental wellness products, tortoise support, starter samples, and more.

This Is Just the Beginning

Starting KidShell Naturals has taught me so much about animals, nutrition, entrepreneurship, responsibility, and confidence.

I’ve learned how to make and label products, set up booths, talk with customers, work with stores, and tell people the story behind my business.

But my favorite part is still the animals.

I want to keep learning, keep creating, and keep finding new ways to support pets and the families who love them.

My goal is simple: to give pets the gift of wellness.
