We currently ship through USPS and provide tracking information once your order has been mailed.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. KidShell Naturals is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first.
